Why Are Women Get Jealous Of Other Women

Reflexiones de nuestros amigos de Plataforma Puente

From Guatemala

CONCLUSIONS
a contextual analysis of Guatemala updated every 6 months, the coordination of NGOs and Cooperatives (CONGCOOP)

1. In Latin America is a struggle to defeat neoliberalism, which is still held by the conservative oligarchy and the continent with U.S. support.

2. The change of government in the United States has not been a major shift in U.S. policy on Latin American countries. The Government of India has prioritized its geopolitical interests above those of Latin America as evidenced by its position on the coup in Honduras and the installation of military bases in Colombia.

3. In 2009, the Executive had to face the economic crisis caused by the global crisis, food crisis, rising violence and the institutional crisis created by the Rosenberg case. The management of these crises had limited success and progress achieved on some social issues, but could not move in relation to security.

4. The Congress remains a discredited body and in which there was no progress in passing important laws, especially by the opposition to the death to carry out some political parties and business groups.

5. The judicial body, the weakest, corrupt and dominated by power and criminal groups underwent aggressive treatment to implement its reorganization and cleansing by the International Commission Against Impunity in Guatemala (CICIG). The results of the actions should be considered positive and the highest impact in 2009.
6. The social situation in Guatemala did not improve in 2009 on economic and social rights. You kept the violent evictions and murders and attacks defenders of social and human rights with impunity.
Our countries have regulations and outdated laws, abundant and inoperative, do not correspond to the aspirations and contemporary reality.

Most are concentrated in Brazil, where they perform work as azúcar11 cane crop. United States, which maintains two active fronts in Iraq and Afghanistan and subsidize the military apparatus of Israel, Pakistan and Colombia, among others, spends only 4.04 of its GDP on military spending. - "For Colombia, the debt is unpayable and atrocious. Only between the years 1999 to 2001 the number of poor increased by 3 million. " Then, during my life, I was worrying about how to persuade communities to think about this dimension subjective. What I mean by this is the way we organize ourselves, we imagine, we plan to. Let the search for a methodology rather than the search for a map of the future. Today I know it's much easier to criticize, it is very difficult to resist, requires a lot of courage, I speak to resist sexual violence, psychological, emotional. But resistance is complicated much more complicated issue is to build. For me the search for a new symbology, the search for new forms of democracy, as people will imagine and implement a new society. "

General Regulation extraordinary meeting

Es posible que tu navegador no permita visualizar esta imagen.
WHAT'S BEHIND THE PROPOSED REGULATIONS OF EDUCATION (PRGE)

PRGE involves the gradual dismantling of secondary and higher education in the IPN . Articles 48 to 52 of the proposal, further entry in "other schools" that have entered into an agreement with the Polytechnic for purposes of "student academic mobility." What it really means to play at private education (universities duck), which has grown exponentially in recent years and slowly download the state's responsibility toward public education until it is in private hands.

The PRGE is a tool of "bottleneck" for students enrolled therefore appealed to the opinions raised in the Article 92 gradually bashed students to opt for a false start the "certificate of competence techniques "as defined in Article 3, instead of supporting them to complete their undergraduate studies and engineering.

The PRGE intended to attach the secondary and higher education IPN through "training of skills throughout life, a labor market in crisis, with poor pay conditions and decreasing benefits.

The PRGE opens the door to selection of students by methods other than academic merit, through the implementation of "personal interviews" raised Article 8 of the proposal. This article 8 in conjunction with Article 92 "closed clamp" to restrict the secondary and higher education to the people.

The PRGE represents the beginning of a project privatization of public education , slipping the term "educational service user." In the current context of free markets, users pay fees . The PRGE is a scaffold that facilitates the gradual decline of investment in building new schools, classrooms and laboratories, inserting false discourse of "new technologies" that allow the Institute "to expand its coverage in the different educational levels."

The PRGE contravenes section five of Article III of the Constitution of the United Mexican States, which provides "support for scientific and technological research." With current national conditions in which for every 100 thousand inhabitants, there are only 11 researchers, promote the formation of "professional partners" with "certificates of technical competence is going against economic growth and social development of the country.

addition to the above, the PRGE is a rehash of the General Rules promulgated Studies Enrique Villa Rivera in 2006 and appealed from the polytechnic student mobilization. It is a proposal preamble lacks legal basis and justifying the need for change or modification of current regulations. A proposal hastily wrapped in a simulated consultation with insufficient and inadequate time for review and discussion by students and academic communities, without a clear and objective for the prosecution of the alleged results of consultation.

FOR THESE REASONS WE REJECT THE DRAFT RULES OF GENERAL STUDIES!

! No to the imposition of the new Regulations

Students of IPN: On 3 May, the Directorate-General issued a draft amendment to Regulation Studies Schooling for middle-and higher the IPN, which have called General Regulation Studies (GER). The Fellowship of the IPN, first you should know that in 2006 and was an attempt of this kind, which was stopped with the mobilization of thousands of students from multiple colleges and vocational schools. Today, again seek to promote these changes, seeking the same goal: to reduce social spending for public education in Mexico, and dismantle the Polytechnic Institute to become a low academic and scientific development. Here are some reasons to oppose the adoption and implementation of new rules: 1. For higher education: the introduction of the figure called "Professional Member" means reducing the degree of BA at a university senior technical simple. That is, through the so-called "side exits" will become the formation of moderately trained graduates, which involves the perception of even lower wages and fewer opportunities to find a place in the labor market (Articles 3,5,37,42,43,62,68,69). An APO NOT A GRADUATE OR ENGINEER, in fact, is a student being unable to prove their subjects can opt for a Technical Certificate (Article 69). Thus, the Institute abandons its commitment to provide opportunities for students to complete their preparation profesional.2. For the secondary level: the figure of "Technical", which offers students a degree of "expertise", which IS NOT A PART OF TECHNICAL (Article 37) because, as in the upper level, students can leave the Vocational, offering a supposed "evidence" of very low category, nor be permitted entry into a career universitaria.3. The introduction of new educational model, seeks to promote virtual education (Article 33). Along with the figure of the facilitator (Article 66), the new regulation aims to make students "self-taught" and that teachers are not required to teach but to be merely "facilitators" of learning. This course seeks to reduce the number of teachers and, therefore, wage costs construction and maintenance of educational infrastructure, as students would take classes on-line, ie, internet.4. The "side exits" are actually false starts because the new regulation does not clearly explain the procedure for approval of the materials when the student has failed in the normal course (Article 62). It only indicates that the student has the options already known as the ETS and the resource, but does not mention anything about issues such as opinions, maximum number of materials that can fail, deadlines, etc.. (What Chapter V of the current regulation says YES). In that sense, the trend is that minimize approval options of materials, edging students to opt for the "output side" and abandon their undergraduate training. There is already a precedent for this: in the regulations that the authorities tried to impose in 2006, requiring the minimum score of 8 to pass a subject, ie students who did not get that rating would be accumulated and therefore failed subjects would have to graduate by a "side exit", as they would be prevented from continuing with their education. The implementation of these measures on racing physics and mathematics areas and medico-biological where most of students passed the materials until after the third or fourth attempt because of the complexity and nature of the races, would be simply disastrous and entirely predictable: a large pool of graduates, driven to choose a "side exit, with a degree Preparation frankly mediocre. Of course, the careers of social and administrative area would not be exempt from that process. Now, in the context of this new attempt by the authorities to modify the rules, "side outlets" are a different mechanism to achieve the same goal: to generate non-senior technicians and engineers graduates or highly capacitados.5. About CENLEX. GER divides students students and "users of educational services, which are CENLEX students, workshops, courses, diploma, etc. (Article 3.7). The term "service user" reveals a clear trend towards the legalization of charging fees for language courses, workshops and diploma, which is already done, albeit in a completely illegal because the IPN Organic Act clearly states that education to provide the Institute should be free (Article 5 of the Organic Law), and that includes language courses, courses and workshops. For the latter costs currently paid over 2000 pesos.6. Mobility (Article 3,40,42,43,51). By setting common trunks shared among different degrees, is to reduce the diversity and the field of knowledge which by its very nature has each of the programs given in the IPN. That way, you lose the scientific expertise of each race and the likelihood that the Institute will contribute to scientific and technological development country.7. Jurisdiction (Article 3,40,43,45,61). The new learning approach will be for "competencies" that is, is to develop only the necessary minimum skills a student requires for its "environment" immediately, which gives it a pro-business profile of the Institute, giving priority business incubation and small business development. At the same time, removing the student the opportunity to learn, analyze, understand and solve large-scale processes in the social, economic, political, scientific, technological, etc. Limiting the depth and development of their analytical and creative. In this sense, it explains the introduction of the mode called "skills assessment" in which credit is allowed without having cursado.8 materials. Electives (Article 48.49). According to the new educational model, these materials are similar to: Reading and Writing Workshop, Workshop on Culture and Sport Leadership Workshop Oral and Written Expression, which obviously are not themselves part of the formation of a professional especializado.9 scientifically. GER states that the records and ballots shall be subject to "emission standards" (Article 79) Does this legalize charges for issuing these documents, which already happens in practice? 10. Is unacceptably deceptive the way the authorities intended to simulate a "consultation" to adopt rules of procedure. The only time was 10 days (including holidays of bridges) to analyze the complete document How will the authorities to summarize the proposals of thousands students in less than a month, that is, for the second "consultation"? It is clear that the "consultation" is just a cynical simulation. Technical NO, YES graduates!

What motivates these reforms?
These are the motivations for IPN refromar education, global market demand, "it could be argued that any current education policy, which presupposes a national economy into the globalized world should be directed to objectives of economic and social policies." (Materials for reform ... NME, Volume 1, IPN, 2004, page 34)
Volume 1, page 31: "As also expressed Rama (1993), regarding the Latin American university:" If it is the technicians who are unsuitable for claiming losconocimientos new technology, companies will perform external conasistencia training technicians or abroad ".
The comparative advantages that were once enjoyed in the region, especially the low wages, have lost ground and new approaches are to be used:" the companies now need the new basic training and ongoing training of human resources are now forced to drive technology personalmás art with trained "(Rama, 1993)."

Analysis of the new educational model and the latent further imposition of Procedure of the IPN IPN-UPIICSA

HELLO, THIS IS NOT NEW BUT SOME HOW I PUT A GRAIN OF SAND FOR MY DISAGREEMENT OF THE TREND OF REGULATION NUVA
IPN History is full of taxation and authoritarianism, by the general authorities of the institute, but also of great lessons of resistance and rebellion worthy of their students. Originally, the Polytechnic was a house of studies for the children of workers and poor peasants of Mexico. Over the years, this essence has been lost gradually.
free public education in the IPN is an idea more and more unrealistic. Currently, the Polytechnic is undergoing a transformation process, whose main objective is to privatize the education provided. Education in the IPN ceases to be public and free.
This transformation process is to implement at all costs a new educational model in the IPN. The general authorities are major stakeholders in achieving reform and are those who have fiercely driven by several attempts to reform the Organic Law of the IPN and its general regulations, as well as plans and programs of study.
The reform process in the IPN is taking place in the context of neoliberal globalization, where the large financial capital through the World Bank and other international organizations made a series of recommendations to the Mexican government to promote private education, gradually reducing the budget to public education to disappear. Reform (fatal attack) in the IPN begins in 2000 when Diódoro War, the then Director General, a few weeks after being elected Vicente Fox as Mexico's president, calls to the Polytechnic to become an institution Autonomous.
On 12 December 2000, the position taken by Miguel Angel Correa Jasso as the new Director General of IPN, Vicente Fox said that Correa Jasso was the last director appointed by the President. In this context, Correa Jasso IPN returns reforms and opens da call for reform to the Organic Law and to a process consultation called "Making Review." This process of "consultation" was basically an online survey where the polytechnic community should send their comments and suggestions. "Taking your mind" is characterized by almost no participation of the community polytechnic due to their undemocratic and unrepresentative.
in the National Programme of Education is referred to the draft Education Reform in the IPN that is raised for consumption by the year 2025 by implementing a new educational model in the Institute, but has not yet been approved, some things have been imposed in some schools.
Within the new Reform Proposal legal framework (Law) of IPN was sent in 2002 to the presidency and then to Congress for approval as a New Law, are the reasons that give substance to the conversion of IPN to privatize and then disappear. Ø
Academic Reform provides for its purpose to establish a New Educational Model for the Polytechnic which provides as follows, emphasis added: New Scheme

-Review external supply of education that is taught in three levels of education, which implies learning assessment and evaluation of results in the logic of supply and demand, ie whether or not to pursue certain careers and fields of knowledge or desaparecer.-Creativity and innovation to depend on public policies in education, science and technology, ie, a financially autonomous institution but totally decentralized Estado.-Efficiency impact regional development, to give impetus to projects like the Plan Puebla Panama, ex.-New types of students, virtual distance education programs and related professional, or technical universitarios.-Flexibility to produce knowledge that meets particular private initiatives and enterprises. New Scheme

Internal - Plans and educational and academic programs be changed arbitrarily without justification académica. Fundamental point Reforma.-Accountability and transparency of resources, are not covered mecanismos.-art equipment and facilities on all for the service virtual-Campus externo. is expecting thousands of students through the Internet even when there is no infrastructure to do so.

JOB-Living Increase for relations with the surrounding environment, problem solving, flexible spaces inmediatas. or emerging models of knowledge production and meet demands of new students. National
: - The new IPN must recognize the pressures of globalization because the Actors of goods and services under global competition, competition, not competition, or those who are competent to decide the development of a nation is an international organization. - "exhaustion" of educational and academic model, refers to actual.-generation equity, either by external service, technical advice, inventions, but especially schooling cuotas.-Remove programs, focusing more open system and virtual. Transformation of organizational structure, changes in legislation and regulation throughout the IPN, reminds something?
